Use of the website

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or subscribe to BizBook.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
3. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration, onboarding, and checkout.
4. You may not use our website or BizBookfor any unlawful or unauthorised purposes, including fraud, abuse, or attempts to access other users' accounts.

Service information and pricing

1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of BizBook features, plans, and pricing on our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information at all times.
2. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms.
3. The free plan includes up to 5 invoices or quotations. Pro plans are described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions and payments

1. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you are making an offer to purchase access to BizBook Pro features for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or breach of these Terms.
3. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise us to charge the total subscription amount, including applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.
4. We use trusted third-party payment processors (including PayHere and partner banks) to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full card or bank payment details.
5. Pro may be activated by Labzo Global after payment is confirmed. Current list prices: Rs. 999/month or Rs. 9,999/year, as shown on our website.

Service delivery

1. BizBook is a digital software service. Access to your account and features is provided online after registration or successful subscription activation.
2. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for cancelling subscriptions and seeking refunds. Please refer to that policy for more information.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (invoices, quotations, company details, expenses, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide BizBook to you. Sensitive business data is encrypted on your device before storage; you are responsible for safeguarding your password.

Intellectual property

1. All content and materials on our website and within BizBook, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Labzo Global or its licensors.
2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website or service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

1. In no event shall Labzo Global, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or BizBook, including lost profits or data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. BizBook is not a bank, payment processor, or accounting firm. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the suitability of documents or reports for every legal or tax requirement. Please verify with your accountant or advisor where needed.
3. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or LKR 10,000 if you use the free plan.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Amendments and termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. You may stop using BizBook at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
