Thank you for using BizBook, operated by Labzo Global. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online invoicing and company finance experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a paid Pro subscription, we are here to help.
Cancellation and refund requests
You may request a refund for a Pro subscription within 14 days of the payment date or activation date, whichever is later. To be eligible, your account must not have been used in a way that materially consumed Pro-only benefits beyond reasonable trial use (for example, extensive export of unlimited documents solely to cancel).

Refunds
Once we receive your request and review your account, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment where possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund amounts may exclude third-party payment processing fees where permitted by law and our payment partners.
Plan changes
If you would like to change from a monthly to an annual Pro plan (or vice versa), please contact our customer support team within 14 days of your last payment. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Price differences may be adjusted according to the plans shown on our pricing page (currently Rs. 999/month or Rs. 9,999/year).
Non-refundable items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Free plan usage (no payment was made)
- Pro subscriptions outside the refund eligibility window
- Partial months or years after a refund window has passed, except at our discretion
- Third-party fees charged by banks or payment gateways
Service failures
In the unfortunate event that BizBook experiences a prolonged outage or a serious defect that prevents you from using paid features for an extended period, please contact us immediately. We may offer a service credit, extension of your subscription, or a refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Digital services
BizBook is a digital software service delivered online. There are no physical goods to return and no return shipping costs. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms of your plan and our confirmation email.
Processing time
Refunds and plan adjustments will be processed within 7 business days after we approve your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
