Security
How BizBook keeps your invoices and company information safe.
Last updated: 22 May 2026
Our approach
BizBook handles sensitive business data — client names, amounts, bank details, and expenses. Security is built into how the product works, not added as an afterthought.
End-to-end encryption
Your invoices, quotations, company profile, and expenses are encrypted on your device before they are saved to our cloud database. Labzo Global cannot read this encrypted content. Only you, with your password, can decrypt it.
If you lose your password, encrypted data may be unrecoverable by design. This protects you even if our systems were compromised.
Authentication
Accounts use industry-standard email and password authentication. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it private. Sign out on shared devices.
Infrastructure
BizBook runs on established cloud providers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. Logos you upload are stored via secure media hosting. We limit staff access to operational metadata needed to run the service (such as account email and subscription status).
Your responsibilities
- Use a unique, strong password
- Do not share login details with untrusted parties
- Verify client bank details before sending payment instructions
- Export important records periodically for your own backups
